Approval!!! - Well I'm so excited about my approval.  It came on the same day of the anniversary of my dad's death.   I am looking so forward to setting  the date for my new life to begin.

getting the right mind set - I'm lacking when it comes to the right mind set today.  This weekend as been a total bust for me. I need to get back on track and lose that 5 lbs. before Feb. 16.
