Ok, so it's Friday....

Well I must say that this diet has had its ups and downs. I have been ok and not hungry and I have been to the point that I have wanted to eat foods that I wouldn't ever think about eating. My moods have been so up and down too. I thank God that my husband and kids are so understanding. They are also so supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better family. I am extremely lucky to have them in my corner.

So as of today I offically have 3 days til the next chapter in my life begins. A whole less of a whole new ME!!! It sounds so wonderful. I am more then excited!

I was thinking about so many of the things that I have read here and I am glad I have been able to read and kearn of everyone's individulal experiences. I feel like I am prepared for just about anything. I am truley greatful.
