I cannot believe it! Good bye to 29 pounds since surgery, 63 total.No way I ever saw myself losing this kind of weight again. Especially with a plan in place to keep it off and continue to lose. I am amazed at how different my life is already!

I feel so much better every day. My son and husband are so proud and relieved that I have taken control back of my weight and life. Have to say thank you to everyone that I have "stalked" on this sight to see what they did and how they changed their lives to get where they are and how they maintain. THANK YOU ALL!
