Yup its been a while, but I am still keeping the weight off and healthy :)

Just went through Hurricane Sandy :(  My family if ok TG, just very

saddened by all the devestation. Re-builing is going to take a very long time

 Wow, life has just sooo got in the way. Cant belive my last post was soooooooo long ago!
almost hiting 4 years since RNY  - I am keeping my weight off and take my vits daily.  Life is good

LS eyes now like cartoon wide:   Noooo you are NOT the lady....  REALLY?????
Me +LOL:  . Yes its me !
LS:    OMG, i did NOT RECONIZE YOU !  You lost ALOT OF WEIGHT. You look great !

 yup... been so buzzzeee with life, forgot to pop in here !
Life is ok.. still watch what i eat, yes some days i get
stoopid, but by pouch just reminds me... HEY 
IM NOT THAT BIG YA KNOW !!!.  Weight 150 +/-
size 6/8 jeans & dresses.  loving it !!!

woooow - two years ago, to this date is was in a hospital bed
over 300lbs and feeling like a truck hit my insides front
and back  ... fast forward 2 whole years


i am under 140lbs healthy, maintaining and damn sexy
and can rock 4inch silettos with ease

yes i still have to watch what i eat, take my vits and try
to get all my protein and water in.. but it ALLWORTH IT

the look of people when they dont
recognize me is a scream
 

bought my first size 8 jeans today
from wearing 24-26 to an 8.......
can you tell i am happy.... heeehehe

year ago todate, i had my WLS   (thats a low carb cake..ok) Its been a great year
i have lost over 100lbs and gone from a size 26 to a size 8-10 !     yes i have had good days and not so good days, but that is life. I continue wo work with my tool and i am MUCh healthier .  I will be in the annual WL fashion show this Sat that is held at myhospital. I def will rip the runway    To all considering WLS, the long term benefits are so worth every effort
