Monday is my day and I am so excited....April 5th will mark my start to a new life in a healthy body. I'm so anxious to see what I will look like 100lbs lighter.

Ok today i cheated...i had a bite of a ham and turkey sandwich....seriously one bite nothing more...i've still been drinking my shakes and water...will this low moment screw up my surgery????????? in 11 days...now that i ate it i'm sad.

Today was my first day of the diet and it was a little bit of a struggle but I think I did good.

oK everyone I finally have a date APRIL 5TH..Yea!!!!!!!!!!
