"I met Dr Ludwig at the pre-sugical informational group meeting at his office. He is a soft spoken man. But passionate about his craft. He covered in detail the surgery, the risks, and I was impressed with the amount of information he covered. Most of the questions I had before I got there were answered during his presentation. I met with him afterward and asked him a few questions. He didnt make me feel rushed or seem like he had to hurry me along to get to another waiting patient. I appreciated that. His office staff is superior to any other doctors office staff I have ever met. They are helpful, caring, warm and sincere. "
