Hello, My name is Lori. Im 33 years old living in Michigan and Married to a wonderful man .. Troy. Im not much of a talker on these things but I will do what I can. Ive pretty much been over weight most of my life but very active. I played softball, basketball and volleyball in school. I have always been the life of the party and have always made friends very easly. Im having this surgery because I feel it is my last hope. I have lost weight and it always seems to come back on plus 20 more. Id rather not say my weight right now. I did lose close too 80 lbs 5 yrs ago and yes ... its all back on now! I dont know my date of surgery just yet, but Im hoping from the looks of things it will be in Dec or early Jan. Im really pushing for Dec. Ive done my 12 doc and labs. I have sleep study and stress test Nov 19th. I think they both will go just fine. Dont have many health problems as of right now. I do have hbp thats bout it. Ive quit smoking !NO PATCHES NO GUM...all will power! :) go me!! I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to break the habit. I do ok when I know its something I have to do in order to get what I want. lol And right bout now Id do just bout anything to have this surgery. Ive reached my limit. Im going in to see the RN Sally Green at BI- COUNTY HOSPITAL. I asked her to put me on the HMR program for 2 weeks. I hope to lose 20 or 30 lb before surgery. I am a fast loser when I stick to something. I been knowed to drop 20 in a week and also put 20 on. My mother is same way. I think thats all I'll say for now. 
I will keep you posted on my surgery date and how my test went.
