Turkey day is over - I ate well but didn't get overstuffed. Now back to the gym and my trainer tomorrow.

Back on track! - Well I'm back on track. The weight is coming off again. I have to keep up my half of the bargain. Lot's of exercise and staying away from the bad food. I can do this!
