"My first impression (looks only) of Dr. Lane was not a real positive one. He had dark circles under both eyes and just looked tired and washed out. I'm glad I didn't go on my first impression though! He was very patient, witty, understanding and informative. He even complimented me on my scar from my back surgery! He felt confident that I would be approved if I could get a letter from my ortho. dr. Dr. Lane talked about the pros/cons of the surgery and the risks that would come with having it. He didn't talk alot about after care, but he did stress that it was a lifestyle change and it was hard work. I was not impressed with his nurse. She had NO personality at all and made me feel very uncomfortable for even being there. After Dr. Lane was through with me he forwarded me to the insurance clerk that was very nice. She told me what I needed to provide them with and made copies of record referrals to give to my other drs. So far so good. Just hope the insurance approves! "
