Teresa- My heart goes out to your co worker's family. It is always so sad to hear of someone who passes away from WLS. It always reminds us of just how serious this surgery is. My heart breaks for his wife and children, and the children who he never held.

Teresa, Keep up the good work and I know it is hard. I too am so thankful to walk and not sleep the days away. I carry a bottle of crystal light in ice everywhere. I make it fresh every day and it really helps keep the fluid going in. They have alot of new flavors and I like most of them. I am 12 weeks and 2 says out and have lost 71 pounds and I know the fluid intake is a big part of it. May God continue to bless us both on this journey. Take care Janice
