One Bad Week!

Last week I had one bad week.... 
I was home sick for the whole week.  I did not get to go work out at all as I had the flu and was so weak and congested.  I ran a temp of 102.2.  This week I finally got back to work and went back to working out at the gym.  I feel much better and I am glad to be back on the road to a healthier lifestyle!

My Workout!

My current workout:

Monday through Friday

Cardio:
30 minutes on tredmill
20 minutes on eliptical
10 minutes on bike
60 minutes total

Weights:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Arms, chest, shoulders

Tuesday, Thursday
Legs, back, Abs

Streaching: 
Monday through Saturday
15 minutes

Other activites:
Cardio kickboxing
Swimming
Bike riding
Basketball

Saturday and Sunday
You on a Diet workout

Back on Track!

Whats up my fellow loosers?  Well, let me tell you whats up with me as I am offically back on track and doing better than ever!  Thanks to Dr. Oz book "You on a diet".  My advice to people who are newly post op is to follow what your doctory says and execersie at every day!   I did good then I got away from what I should have been doing and stopped loosing weight and even gained 30 lbs. back from my 130 I had lost!   So stick with it you may have a few bumps in the road but dont give up and keep on moving!
