WHAT A JOURNEY

Oct 03, 2009

YES. Lord thanks for staying with me during my 1year transition. It was not easy but It wasnt unbearable hard. The most important thing to change is your Mindset. Thats the best adive I can give any1 think about having the surgery or struggling.

My highest weight 270 and now I weigh 179. I am still trying to lose more. I want to get down to 150.

This has big a major factor in my life and I dont regret doing it. The next year is going to be even more challenging to stay focus and to make good decisions.

I had bad days but good always out weighs the bad. I didnt have dumping and hair falling out BS.

I am celebrating my 1year with a cruise to the Bahamas with my Dad. My ma is getting the surgery too. Crossing fingers and pray for her.

Cant leave without a photo!
