well guys sagga continue yesterday was turkey day i wasen't sure how it was gonna go for me but it went pretty good i went to claim jumper my family doesn't live in california no more and with this sleeve i knew what the point cooking all this turkey stuff and can't really get your grub on but i ate little of every thing wrap it up to go and will enjoy alittle bit of eat the rest of weekend but the best part of thanksgiving i made it to my first mini goal and that to weight under 200lbs and guess what you guys i finally made the scale said 199.2lbs  my 4 months is 2morrow i haven't been 199 since 2001 i no longer have to say i weigh 200 and something so i will allway s remeber this thanksgivnig its first year that i didn't pig out and i reach my first mini goal for the scale to say 199.2 so for you all trying to get to onerland it's truely best feeling in world and the friends who are there allready stay focus don't let stalls get to you and whatever the scales lands in end just know that this is a tool and life will be whatever you make it just enjoy the ride well guys thanks for all the love and support untill next month i blog or see u soon 199.2 hell yeah

well guys i can't belive it been 3 months that i change my whole life and did the craziest thing remove 85 % of my stomach .So far in this journey i had to learned how to eat again to slow down and missing just a little able to pig out but i also gain my blood pressue went down and down 45 pound since surgery i've lost my triple chin and so i begining to be able to go to any store and fit or almost fit normal size clothes size 14 yeah and soon to be a 12 yeah  so thanks oh and friends for all your support and i hope to have continue sucess
