I am so fustrated!!!! In 4 weeks I have only lost 2 lbs!!! I am looking at all the before and after pictures now and wondering if it's really going to happen. I have lost inches though and another pant size so what gives? Very strange.I am afraid I lost muscle instead of fat. I was having a hard time getting in enough protein without going over my calories so I have ordered a bunch of supplements that are very high in protein and low cal. I have been upping my fluids and exorcising more. I also have been a lot more commited to taking my vitamins. I know there are always plateaus but why couldn't I have plateaued after I got under 200? I AM SO CLOSE!. I am determined to get under by next week!!! I look at my pictures and know I look better, but I don't see a huge change yet. I am trying to stay positive though. On to next week!
