BMI going down down down.....

I can't believe my BMI is down to 45!  When I started this whole process it was 59.7.  And I only have 79lbs to my goal weight now .  I know I could probably go lower than 200, but dammit, I weighed 175 all through high school and felt great!  So I'm setting my sights on something reasonable!

I'm also changing to Dr. Z and his group.  Waiting for records to be transferred so I can make my first "hi, how are you, nice meeting you" visit.  Can't wait to meet him.
