My story is similar to most everyone here. I have lost hundreds and hundreds of pounds. My problem is they keep coming back. I have done every diet and "undiet" I know and most of them were successful - but only for a time (I suppose that means failure!). I even had a VBG (vertical banded gastroplasty) 13 years ago. Now with a BMI around 50, I just can't afford to play the lose/gain weight game anymore. I want to be around to enjoy grandkids. I want to enjoy my life. My excess weight keeps me from so many things. With God's help, I'll be able to do this.
