i hit it today ! lost 84 pds  and it feels great  this is the greatest blessing.i'm finally seeing there is a shape to this body!

well here it is the night before surgery,got everything done now just waiting' didn't really have a pre diet just do low carb more protien getting a little scared but that is normal can't wait to sit on the bench with the others

i'm having surgery monday the 19th

IGOT APPROVED TODAY !!!!!!!!!  SO NOW JUST HAVE TO GET THE DATE WHICH HOPEFULLY KNOW IN THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS .THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE MOST EXCITING DAYS OF MY LIFE.

so had my appt to see if i have sleep apena they moderate case getting cpap machine . that's gonna take some getting use to hopefully after surgery  that will get better and i can get rid of it .have my psych evaual on tuesday than can turn into insurance can't wait .

well what a long night, slept worse than i normally do . very tired today but it wasn't that bad

getting my sleep study done tonight hopefully no problems sleeping
