Hi Fellow Sleevers: I am a newbie. Just had VSG on the 9th of June. I am following the Pureed stage eating no more than 4 oz of food per meal yet the scale is not moving much. I hiked 8 miles last week. I am pretty active

Walking Daily/Sticking to my post op diet goal level of 60-80 grams of Protein Daily/and swimming 3x a week when I am allowed to.
