Okay so the "ramping up" didn't work out so well. I hurt my knee so I had to take a break. Good news is it didn't slow my weight loss much. I just had my 3mo check and was 51 lbs down! It was about a week early and today is actually my 3 month and I'm down another couple so around 54 down!
Today I was able to purchase and excersise bike so I am hoping that will get me my cardio back and give my knee a break. My goal for my 6 mo check is to loose another 30 lbs for a total of 80!
