June 18th Day 4 of Meditrim Liquid diet.

Day 4- today I didn't feel like I was going to make it through the day without straying and devouring food. I got up and did other things so that I would distract myself. Well I made it and am heading off to bed shortly---Phew, this was a tough day and glad that I stuck to my guns.I know it will be tougher on the weekend but looks like the house will be very clean if I have to avoid food LOL
