Well Monday will be 6wks post-op and all things are goibg just fine. I have lost about 50lbs and will be going back to work on 8/16. I still have a little bit of pain but other than that everything is all healed up. I can't eat that much and there are times when you just don't feel like eating at all. For the first time in my life I now know what is meant by the saying: EAT TO LIVE! I now have to make myself eat even when I don't want too. I have not been hungry since surgery and for that I am truly grateful :) I go back for my 3 mnt checkup and blood work on 10/3 and hope that all is and remains well.
