I'm sooooo happy down to 197..clap clap cheer fiesta...need to work on plastic surgery,.. all in do time in do time..Got a new tattoo.. things looking up.. need to go running and to the gym more..; ; Well just wanted to let people know ,. Thank you.. i did it,. well almost 7 more pounds to go,..  i love it i love it..

Well i did 1 goal i wanted i got to -100lb. by or before my 34th B~day.
Now 104lb. to go,.. its going get fun and hard isnt?

weee fanaly made it under 300.
Im @ 296lb. now it it feels good i get 2 huge gifts before my 34th b~day.
i get to be under 300lbs. and lost of 100lb. seens surgery.<3

i wanted to add something i just found out from my closes friend and brother.
low fat and light yogurt has nothing on greek yogurt. what i mean is greek yogurt even though it has a little bit of sugar and its not really much has a world of better stuff then reg old fat free flavored yogurt,. so ill tell ya lol.
Theres differnt names for greek yogurt there Chobani.Fage,Okies.
I eat Chobany plan yogurt and i add blue berrys or other fruits,.
Nutrisenal value,.for a 6oz cantaner.                                                                Fat 0g
Sugar 7g
protein 18g... huge differnce over other yogurts>
caleries 100
Sodium 70mg
Carbs 7g
Calcium 20%
any other thing is 0g and No artificial sweeteners,No preservatives

Well the tube opening that comes from the small intestent to the poach has now gone from a dime size to a nickle size and on Aug 11st they work on getting it to a quarter size then ill be good but i do eat just alittle more now and haven pukes yet soo weeee

well i may as well start somewhere or ill never start..
Lets say today i feel awesome  and thank god everyday for the people in this site that are so helpfull and beutifull.
Upto date ive lost 91lbs.
yet i dont always feel good this is were that long name come in,im not even going spell it again.
But i had 1 done on friday afternoon and doctor said my tube that connects from  tube that comes from big intestent is it? to your pouch is a little tighter then regular(you can see what i mean if you look atgastricbypass?RNY pictures) and that i need to get re~done  the Esophago...... done again.
this time in a hospital,.... with a ballon they use to open the tube and pass the scope in more, i just dont know what happens next . That WILL be this Monday @9am and with that i pray im back here tuesday telling you all that im ok and that all is well.
