yesterday I went to an all day scrapbooking day. Everybody were suppose to bring something to snack on and to share and bring your lunch. Which I did but what I wasn't counting on was that i would want to munch on something which I didn't bring. I had my protein and drink and was satisfy with that and plus I had stayed longer than what I planned I was on a roll and left when I got hungry for dinner. What I really think was happening was my eye was seeing all the goodies: chocolate, M&M with peanuts, strawberries, cheesecake, cupcakes and lots of chips. I was being tempted and held on tight. Had dinner at home and stepped on the scale this morning and was holding onto the last numbers. No gain and now I just have to hope it doesn't catch up with me tomorrow which is my "official" weigh in day.
