Ok, I have two appoinmentments for this Friday, one is with my PCP for my physical exam and I also have one with the Psychologist for my mental health evaluation. I am excited for both but I am also very nervous. This mean that the journey has started. I will post again to say how everything went.

I have a appoinment to see the surgeon Dr Lin on April 5 2006. I have to have so much done before my consultation. I am really excited and ready to get this thing started. I will update after my first appointment.

It has been almost a year. The day I was to go and meet with the surgeon I found out I was pregnant. I am now the mother of beautiful twin baby girls Cameron and Jade they were born at 24 weeks. They had to stay in NICU for 3 1/2 months they are now at home and are doing very good. Now, I have more to motivate me to loose weight because they are going to start walking and I am going to need the energy and the good health to keep up with these little girls. I am going to make another appointment with the surgeon and get my WLS Journey on its way. I will updated after my first consultation with the surgeon.

I have been researching the WLS for 2 years. Don't really know what has been holding me back. I mean, I have done it all. Phen Phen, maridea(? spelling), Atkins diet. I did loose but guess what? I gained it all back. So, now I am just tired of the diets and the pills. I want something that is more permanent. I found a surgeon his name is Dr Anez and I meet with him on March 4, 2005.
