21 days out

I am 21 days out and 25 pounds lighter.  I have only dumped 2 times and that was because I ate to fast.  I was feeling great but them I over did it this weekend and I think I pulled some muscles around my incision area.  I am having a hard time with my protien and I also wonder why no one told me how painful the first day is.  Adirondack Medical Center is the best.  I felt so cared for and I love them for that.
