Up and Running - So, Yesterday was 5 weeks post op and i'm down a total of 17 lbs. Was starting to get a little discouraged thinking that I should be losing more but per the Surgeon i'm doing fine....

Hernia - Ok,
Today is 6 days post-op. I think that if it weren't for the Hiatal Hernia repair I'd feel ALOT better.
I'm starting to want something other than protein shake, water, popsic...
