Feeling less frustrated.

I am happy about my weight loss. I went from 128 to 191. I am working on getting down to 130 lbs. With exercise and proper diet, I can do it. I exercise every day, and that helps. I tried Zumba today, and it was fun. I also look forward to getting to a support group at my doc's office, I have not been able to get to one yet. We can all do this together! Michelle.
