University of Pennsylvania.

"The first few days I was in ICU and frankly even being as ill as I felt that was a wonderful experience, the staff is top notch in ICU. After my ICU experience I was placed in a regular room (by myself) in the cardiac unit, (they ran out of space in the bariatric unit) That was a mediocer experience, the staff was pleasent but not as attentive as the ICU staff. I was in my room by myself and was only checked when my meds where changed. I could not get out of the bariatric chair and was unable to reach the buzzer so I sat there for 3 hours before some came to check on me. After that I made sure a member of my family was there with me. "

Noel Williams

"Dr. Williams gives a great first impression. Soon as he walked into the exam room I knew I wanted him to perform this surgery on me. The office staff prior to my consult leaves a lot to be desired, but I do not hold that against such a good surgeon. In contrast, his assistant Patti Smith is terrific. When dealing with her you must realize she is just as busy or even more so than Dr. Williams. She is always kind and willing to assist but she is hard to get on the phone, patience is very important. Dr. Williams addressed the risks of surgery and gave me a realistic opinion on what my results should be. "
