OKAY OKAY ! i am back on here and writing already ...

here is the deal ... started this journey at 417-418 last yr. lost and gained a million pds in the ups and downs of the weight game. 3 up 4 down every month was a roller coster ! until my dad went in for surgery in Oct last yr. i spent more time there than home and lost a whooping 8 pds that month... and my dad too... the whole thing was a mess for me. i lost the 8 pds and then continued to lose the weight with help from phentermine (metabolic ) and lost another 10 pds before the end of june this yr. so now i was under 400 for the first time in years but i also ws sad , how does that relate to weight loss i ask ya ?  any way my big day arrived , open RNY , what i had been workin for for a year ! and i was terrified ! i was 383? 385? pds and scared shitake !  how was i going to do this? well i tell ya ' it was a lot of support from my dear friend from childhood that has helped me the most right now, and in the months u[ to here... she is so speciall i want her to know that even if she has NOT had her surgery yet SHE WILL!   and i now she will because i believe she is finally ready to take the stpes to get there permanently!  and now back to me, so i had this surgery and all goes fantastic !  i am back at home and BLAM ! broadsided by nausea, dizzy in the shower and heart rate elevated !  and to top it off ..... i have to go back to liquids ! WAHHHHHH.... lol but to let ya know i am hanging strong and will get through it !  lab work was doen today and should have results by MOnday, to make sure nothing is wrong from surgery...  i am trired and so i am going to lay down  now and type late ... i get soooo tired this time of day...  sheesh !
