OK, so I just got home from the Pacific Bariatric Seminar in Riverside. OH was mentioned, and spoken fondly about :).
The seminar was ok. I wish there was more time for Q&A's.  I am still torn between the VSG and Roux-en-y. The seminar wasn't really any more informative than my info session that I went to. Although, I did learn that caffiene and gum are big "no-no's" after surgery.
I still haven't heard any thing about my classes, nor have I attended a support group. I found two here locally, but have missed them both for the month of June.
