I am trying to lose weight on my own.  My insurance doesn't cover WLS, so I did a lot of research online, and with my PCP's approval, decided to embark on my own 500 calories per day diet.  I'm taking a multivitamin twice daily, B12, iron, calcium + vit D, biotin, vit E, and iron.  The first week was tough adjusting, but I never felt tired.  Still don't feel tired.  I've been exercising 5 days per week at least 60 minutes each session.... Eating high protein and low carb.... I hope to accomplish a great weight loss on my own.
