OH MAN!!!!! TELL ME WHY!!!!!!!!!!

HI guys.......My surgery date was scheduled for April 3, 2007. I had it marked on my calendar and was preparing for it. I had to do a 2 week livershrink diet prior to surgery and had lost 11 lbs with it. On the day before surgery, I had do do clear liquids...........It was hard but I knew that tommorrow I would be changing my life for the better....UNTIL......I received a call around lunch and it was my nurse. She informed me that my surgeon had been put to bed because she is pregnant and had hurt herself.....MAN ALIVE.......I was so upset.....so depressed........What I had waited for forever it seemed had been put on hold indefinately......I do understand that my Doc needs to take care of herself and her baby......but at the same time I am selfish and want my surgery that I have worked so hard for....I cried for days after this....my family was puzzled as to why I was so depressed........but this was MY feelings and my perogative.....I now await a call from my Doc's office....I am so ready for this....I just hope I can hold my weight to what it is now or near to it. I hope I don't loose control and gain what I have lost back......
