My name is Monisha and I've been overweight since about the age of 13.

After about 4 years of debating on WLS I finally decided I needed to do something about my weight, so in April 2012 I decided to get Gastric Bypass. 

I went to the required symposium on May 2, 2012 and had my consultation on May 17, 2012. 

My blood tests were on Friday, May 18th
Ultrasound / Xray on Monday, May 21st
Psych Evaluation on Monday, May 21st
EKG on Wednesday, May 23rd
Endoscopy on Friday, May 25th

Now I'm in the process of getting all the pre-op tests done and hoping to have it submitted to insurance for approval in the next week or two.
