So I am now down 41 lbs. I can now wear a large in a shirt and a size 18 in womans jeans. I am almost to my first mini goal which is 199. Right now I am at 207. Its coming off slow but its still coming off. I also realized I need to still drink protein shakes because when i do I see that I actually lose more then If I didnt drink the shakes. I will also post a new pic of the size 18 shorts i tried on today. and no I didnt buy them because i know pretty soon I will be in a 16...
