Maybe I should or shouldn't watch YT about WLS??

Today I had a crappy day at work. People are truly so crazy!!!!

Positively: I'm so excited for my first nutritionist appointment coming up soon! I am on so many good sites too about WLS that its amazing.  I never knew that I could find so much information on it in a milion years.  This is going to be a great experience for me, I already know it.

I watched some (just a few) vids on YT regarding gastric bypass, and it had so many mixed reviews. I'm so glad that I have an open mind, and a mind of my own because I'm looking at the positive things to come with the surgery.  I've had a good ol' long run with food, that its definitely something that is going to happen for me, and I gotta do what i have to in order to get me, Mona...back on track.  Short blog today, see you tomorrow!
