My first doctor visit went well. They removed my stitches. I still have to leave the feeding tube in for another 4 weeks.  I weighed 208 lbs, last month before surgery I weighed in at 232 lbs. Doctor said I was doing good and my weight will come of gradually. Today was my first day of baby food. The name sound better than what it tasted like. LOL. I did hold it down and no after effect. And more good news , I dont have to do my injections anymore.  YAHOO! Tomorrow Mike goes back to work so I will be on my own. Mike has been there for me 24/7. But I know Mike will call me all day and even send family and friends to check in on me. So it was a good day.

Of all the time for my laptop to go down was during these two weeks without food. Well today i finally got it back. Well 3 more days until surgery. This liquid diet was hard. On my 5th day I did break down and ate.  Then I felt quility.  But all is well. Went to the doctors Monday and I lost 16 lbs.  My emotions are all over the place. I am looking forward to a healthier life.

Call me "Happy"... just received the mail and my appeal for Gastric bypass was approved.  Doctors office called and left a message and said August 12 was opened.  I will call first thing Monday and say, yes yes yes.
