Having some weird pains..should I worry

Hi all

          Im just a little weirded out today im 6 and 1/2 weeks post op. And i just happened to be scratching my left midsection (where i had huge bruise after surgery) and it started giving me shocking type pains through to my back. It doesnt hurt otherwise just when i ty ouch or scratch a certain spot. I was also put on carafate last friday week and half ago. For a possible healing ulcer. But my surgeon is closed bow and was a little scared figured id call him in morning if it still there. But in meantime anyone know what this could be?? I also have had bm today and farting a bit. (To say it blunt)...would like any info anyone could have..thanks
