I'm back

Hello all,
I know it's been a couple of months since my last post and I haven't given up.  I don't know where to start but I will start off by saying I have been through a lot since my last post.  I was unhappy with not losing any weight.  I had to do something different which was learn my band. After trying to push myself and a few episodes of vomiting.  How quickly did I learn?  Oh, VERY!
I sat down talked it out and got to moving.  I started to loose some weight. At my last visit I lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks. Then what do you know? I lose my grandmother.  Then on top of that I had a few other family issues.  However, I'm stronger.  Weight lost for me has been a lil better.  So I'm happy and still pushing forward to my goal. At least I'm not gaining any weight. My wieght at my last visit was 213. So, there is hope.  My next appt is in October.  With me not getting a fill this last time, I can't be sure what will happen.  I'll just keep pushing.  Before I go, I anticipate posting new picks soon just to show some of my success.
