Hello Everyone,
My Name is ShaQuita and I am 27 years old. I am from Valley Alabama (South of Atlanta Georgia). I have always been overweight and as I got older, I got heavier. I tried diet after diet and it seemed as though they were hurting me more than helping me, I would lose 20 and gain 30 back. So I decided that I didn't want to diet anymore. On May 14, 2008 I had gastric bypass and since then I have a lost 80 lbs, and I feel and look better than ever. At first I had regrets, but not anymore, I'm glad that I opened this new chapter in my life and if I had to do it all over again I would. I will add pics and keep everyone updated on my progress.
