hey every body just wanted to check in I'm 6 months post op and half way at my goal I'm just about 80lbs down and i have 80lbs to go to reach my goal of 160 so y'all pray from me and i will keep trying my best any comments or encouragements will help thanks everyone

down 50lbs  from 321 to 270

I WENT TO THE DOC TODAY AND I AM  DOWN A EVEN STEVEN 50 LBS  SOO HAPPY 10 WEEKS AND 50LBS DOWN YA  HOO IM WELL ON MY WAY

it is kinda a bummer when u lose 25 lbs in the first month and then slow  slow  down the next  but i have to keep goin i know this was best for me i just want the weight gone  NOW    help

wow i see thats its been a while sinced i blogged  im in texas now and have not been on the site but heres how i am doing i feeling great to tell you the truth i feel like i did not have the surgery i am eating a little more every day and still have not had any complacations i am down about 40-45 lbs and it will be 2 months on sunday july 12 i am surely out of my clothes i tried to pack all my last year tight summer clothes but at the end of the day they are still falling off i try not to shop but its hard i know i have a prob but thats for another time i am happy with my results so far and cant wait to see what the future brings so ya'll pray for me that i continue on and i'll holla when i get back to seattle

hi y'all i just wanted to check in and let every one know I'm doing good made it thru the first week and ready to keep going starting to walk a whole lot more and trying my best to get that water in so like i said I'm gonna just keep going and hang in there anyone who is having a bit of a bad time I'll keep y'all posted

hiya my weight lost family i made it thru my surgery on may 12 doing good and this is my first day home feeling good not really hungry just trying to get my calories  and my vitamins in so keep the prayers coming my way because NOW the journey begins

here i got 16 hours til my surgery i am ready but yet i am nervous  im just tired of the old tired body and ready to really take care of my self this time around

I AM GOING CRAZY THIS HAS BEEN THE LONGEST WEEK OF MY LIFE AND I STILL HAVE 3 DAYS TO GO UGGG PULLING MY HAIR OUT BUT I GUESS I CAN WAIT IM JUST SOO READY

well most of you know i have a date now and it the morn of may 12 my rebirth date after that ill be bloogin once a week keep in touch every one
