Working the list to get ready for surgery on 9/14.
Didn't think I could do it, but today is day four of NO COFFEE and NO McDONALDS SWEET TEA! Thought it would be terrible, not so much, hubby had any coffee at home so that really helps.
Just put new batteries in the eliptical, going to try to do 10 minutes today, as a matter of fact, going to do it right now!
