I haven't blogged cause it was up and down...but am officially under 100 of lost weight. Praise the Lord.

I didn't do well last week..but lost a pound this week. So 307.5 is my true weight. Did better today on eating. Feel good about it.

Last week I had gained...doggonit. 313.9 gained up from 212.4 but God let me loose down to 308.4 for a total of 92 lbs all total. Thank You Jesus.

Two weeks ago lost about a half pound. Last week I lost about a pound and a half. So 2 pounds. 312 total.

Had to go on that stupid prednisone. And have eaten like a stuck pig and yet lost weight. Praise the Lord. He is faithful. I really don't want to eat what I want but eat responsibly. Thank You Jesus.

Lost three more lbs, for a total of 84. I have been fighting a lupus flare up. Am on prednisone and ate yesterday like a stuck pig... and God blessed me. Thank You Jesus, Father God.week 17.

I lost 5 lbs this week. That is awesome. As of today I am over half way to my goal. Amazing. Thank You Father.

I lost over 3.5 pounds this week.  Yea and tipped.  I now weigh what I did when Bill got here.  Wonderful, and praise the Lord. I couldn't do this without His grace.

I didn't eat well this week.  But I am under 329...so I will take it.   I truly lost about half a pound.. but still lost.

Last week no weight loss.  This week lost 3 lbs.  Total of 71# I this is week 10.  Amazing. Praise the Lord.
