 Im so excited   i just can't hide ..okay i wont sing the whole song ... i beleive you all understand...see you all that are on the bench in alittle while ...who's not i will be waiting for you ...thanks for all the encouargements..you guys are the best!!

Its 3 dasys before my surgery i'm on full liquids ...but oops i had alittle crab chower soup ...i think that a bad thing..i hope everything goes well ..i hope i dont get cancel cause of it

Well first of all i must i finally ifigure out how to work this thing!!!

I'll start out by saying ...my date is this thursday 1/24/08 i will be banded  and i'm excited its been along time coming and it almost here!!

To give you all a little background

I'm 45 and i'm married and i have one lovely daugther (23yrs) she's the love of my life and my inspiration...I started this jouney  6/07 weighing 376 now to the date i'm 365lbs  i went for my pre-surgery yesterday everything went well..i know it seems like i'm blabbing but i really dont know what to write right now i just need some support from someone who's been were i'm at right now ..cause noone really understand unless they have been there.  CONGRATS! TO ALL WHO HAVE MADE OVER TO THE LOSER BENCH...I'LL BE THERE SOON ..KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS !!!!!
