Well  I am almost 2 1/2 years out since my surgery and boy has things changed. I was just getting  ready to CELEBRATE my 2 yr surgiversary on July 24th and the fact that I have lost over 150 pounds and BANG I found out I was pregnant!!!! Over that now and very happy to be almost 6 1/2 months pregnant with another little girl. Due March 17th 2009.

Weight is going OK I have only gain about 12 pounds so far during my pregnancy but because it is a GIRL and weight all seems to be going to my butt and legs just starting to get a kangaroo pouch.

Hopefully once the baby is born I will lose what I gained. Have been doing good with the diet the only thing that I have started to drink again is Diet soda  every once in awhile also carving Chick-fil-a and black licorice.
 
Just alittle update!
Hope everyone is doing well!

 Simply put. IF I CAN DO THIS ANYONE CAN DO THIS!! I now participate in my life instead of sitting and watching it go by. Weight loss surgery was the tool I used to save my life!!

 I would recommend to anyone who asks that they look into this surgery to not only lose weight but to CHANGE THEIR LIVES!!!  My life is just beginning to change, for the better.

I haven't written in quite some time, I didn't even update for my One Year Anniversary. I will try to do it this weekend and post some new pictures. I just have a minute to post that I went to the mall the other day with my husband and decided to pass right by Lane Bryant and go into New York& Company
to see if there clothes fit yet.......... Well guess what I only wanted to try on Jeans and a tee shirt The 16's were too big and the 14's were alittle baggy also I was so EXCITED and didnt want to try the 12's yet. I walk out of the dressing room with the BIGGEST smile I was so excited I can shop in a REGULAR STORE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to gather all my coupons that I have been saving and go SHOPPING

It has been 11 months since my surgery. I can not believe that I have lost over 125 pounds in less then a year!!! It has been a wonderful journey so far and I am so glad that I have done this. I went to a wedding last night and it was so neat!!! There were people there that didnt realize it was me and they thought my husband had a new wife.Very Funny. I always like to shop for other people but now it all about ME I love to shop now. The dress I brought for the wedding was a size 16!!

Wow !! Where has the time gone????
I am just over 9 months and I have offically lost 110 lbs.
I am wearing a size 14/16 top and an 18 bottom. For the first time since I was 12 years old I am wearing JEANS!!!  I am so happy that I did this and I wouldn't change it for the world. It is so nice when people notice your body before you face I no longer just have that "pretty face" comment that everyone used to say. I just recently took my 9 months photos and I can really start to see the change.

Well I am offically 6 months out today and have lost over 90lbs. I havent been able to reach 100lbs yet. I would like to hit that by my birthday in March. I am very happy that I had this surgery and wish I would have done it alot sooner. This website and the barix support meeting have help me a whole lot of help. I am just starting to feel more hungry then usually but I think I need to check which tank is empty(like Shauna says) I think I may be more thirsty then hungry I still have a problem with my fluid intake especaiily protein drinks(yuck) I am still struggling with hair loss but Thank God I have enough so it doesn't look bald I just keep getting it cut shorter every 6 weeks so it looks healther but thinner. Just a quick update on more progress and I hope everyone is as happy as I am about doing the surgery. I would like to  Thank each and everyone of you for all your help and support over the last couple of months and the continued support thru my journey.. THANK YOU
