O.K. It Is my 3rd. Day on my liquid protein pre op and I think I am starting to feel better. But also need to say it is only 9:00 here in Pa.after today 11 more days sure hope it flys by.......

went to see my surgeon today.Everything is under way .I start my 2 week pre op protein and on Monday April 21 is my surgery .

I will try and write my journey here .i am walking 3 miles about 5 days out of seven.

On Friday I go to see my surgeon and on Monday I start the 2 week protein diet. Wish me luck.

I was always thin .
Then when I had my first child I never lost it and then had my second child.
And then it started the YOYO, I weighed 245 lbs and I crash diet and LOST 100 lbs and then I would lose and gain and lose and gain. All the rest of these years was the same I can lose but I gain it back.
