Hello,

My name is Tiffany, and I live in Georgia. I have struggled with my weight from a small child and now into adulthood. I am 37 years old and have BMI of about 32 and no health complications. I am about 5'2" and my weight fluctuates from 170-180lbs. My heaviest was about 200 lbs. I work out almost every day up to twice a day doing a cardio class (indoor cycling) in the am and also either a crossfit, yoga, pilates or bodyworks class in the pm. I do not have any children (except my two dogs) and do not think it is in the cards for me to have any in the future. I have been on every diet possible. I have tried phen phen when I was 18, which worked great until they removed it. I have tried HCG and made it to day 21 and failed due to starvation. I have been taking phentermine on and off for the past 4 years or so. It worked well initially, but I regained the weight and more and now it does not work because I have taken it so long and am not willing to take more than one pill a day. Obviously, the issue is my eating habits. I only know to eat until I feel full. I am always hungry. I hate being hungry. I am addicted to sugar. I know how I should eat, but I continuously overeat. There is not a trend to my eating. I can eat when sad, happy, bored, busy, etc. I think about my weight literally first thing when I wake up, continuously throughout the day and right before I go to sleep. I have been married for about 6 months and have gained at least 30 pounds since meeting my husband about 18 months ago. We have only had sex twice since we have been married and we did it all the time before getting married. He says it is not my weight gain, but I do not see what else it could be. I really just want to be normal. I do not want the stress of hunger. I need a solution and I feel like gastric sleeve would be my best option. I know the US will not do this surgery on me because my BMI is not over 40, but I need help. If you have read this, thank you for your time!
