Well today makes 8 days since my surgery and I have went from 316 lbs to 298 lbs. I do feel really light headed at times, but I'm sure thats from a lack of calories. Thats 18 lbs in one week!! Now I can't wait until my two week check up so I can hit the gym!!

Well tomorrow is the day. I go in at 6:00 a.m. I can't beleive that this day has finally come.

I have 6 days before my surgery and I must admit I am getting a little nervous. My husband is trying to give me all of my favorite foods and it's tempting but I can't go crazy eating. I have never been very thin before so I'm not sure if I am scared of being a whole new me or how everyone else will feel about this new person that's about to break free. This is so weird because with all this weight I could give a rats a#& what someone thought of me.

Yes, I have a surgey date. It is scheduled for July 6, 2009. I am really excited and nervous at the same time, I guess thats normal. I am also glad I am having it done before my husband deploys so he want be thousands of miles away stressing about me. He told me "I hope you don't get to small", and I said it will still be enough of me left to love. LOL

I am new with this site so I was just wondering how long does the process take to actually have surgery?
