Today is saturday and my surgery is 9 am wednesday and if i smell one more food item waffing through my house i may lose it lol. This is the hardest diet ever i cant wait to be on the other side and eating soft cottage cheese. its amzing that it sounds like a gourmet course lol. ill hold on only a few more days until surgery thank god!!

One more day and i start my journey to a healthy me. My two week diet is a very strict liquid diet i'm not concerned about being able to do it just excited.I know i will have moments i'll want to cheat but i know thats not going to happen. Any suggestional are gratefully accepted.

A little apprehensive about the upcoming two week diet making sure i eat the right amounts and drinking enough water. I am super excited though about starting a new way of living.I started my scrap book of how things are now with things i cant do beginning weight, and i have snapshots of clothes i want to wear ,things i want to do. Hopefully this will get me through any rough times ahead or make me happy that i can now do things i havent been able to do in a long time. If you have any ideas of how to make this easier please let me know .

My surgery date is april 2 i can't believe there doing it so soon so wednesday i start the pre op diet i cant wait !!Any suggestions on how to make the drink appealing?

I went today and picked up my cpap machine now all i have to do is use it for one week and then send the memory card in to the doctor to prove compliance. Then friday the pysc eval on friday and then just waiting for them to get the results then they will set the date!!yippy i even went ahead and payed for my two week of pre op diet items so i would have them when they called. NO i'm not anxious lol. all ready to go!!!!

Just found out today my surgery will be scheduled around late march and i cant wait.
