"While my doctor was wonderful, his office staff especially his assisant were terrible. She is rude and does not speak highly of the doctor she works for. They are slow with calling you back and if they do they are short with you as if you are bothering them or something. As a healthcare professional myself, this would NEVER be tolerated at my present hospital that I work for nor the previous one, this would lead to dismissal. Whatever happened to treating people with respect and dignity anyway. Dr. Brader needs to re-evaluate his office staff. I love the doctor and the hospital staff but the support staff leaves alot to be desired."
