Well i'm back again stll trying to get below 200lbs. I'm back up to 295 and i hate myself for not doing what i need to do. I went back to my doctor and got a fill last week. I doing good for now. Taking it one day at a time. I started walking again and working out. I hope to make it this time so keep me in your prays as i always prays for my OH family. Will keep post every two weeks with updates.

Well i been gone for alittle time but i still love all my O.H family. I change job last year and you no my mother had a CVA in may of 2007 and me and me sisters are taking turn keeping her. I come over after work and get her ready for bed and dinner. My sister get home and watch her overnight. It take up alot of our time but she was ans still is the best MOTHER in the world so we do what we can. My weight goes up and down but i'm still fighting to get under 200lbs. My doctor tired to give me a fill last month but could find my port so i'm going back under xray to have my fill. well it's time for me to go to bed. talk to my O.H family later.

Well i'm back. After leaving for a new job and thinking that i didn't need this group or anybody to help me in this. I gain some weight and now i no i now need all the help i can get and more. So please pray for me that i can get back on the wagon and get down to my goal. One good thing is that my band is still working and i didn't gain it all back but 15 lbs is to much. so take it from me stay with your group and let the band work for you.

Well two years ago today i was banded. Where has the time gone. I know you want to know my stats so here it's goes. Starting weight 383 now 263 as of today. pant size 50 today 40-42. shirt 4-5 xl or 19-20 now 17.5 or xl.  I still have 63lbs to go and i had a good fill 3 weeks ago and i'm still losing. So all in all the band has really worked for me. I having more fun now at 45 then i didn't at 35 with 120lbs gone. so i wish everyone a happy band life and just remember NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS. i HAVE  MORE WEIGHT TO LOSE BUT I FEEL MUCH BETTER NOW THAT AT 383.      YOUR BAND FRIEND DAVID

I was filled aweek ago today and remember the 10lbs i had gain well as of today i'm down 12.5 lbs in 1 week. I feel good with a good filled in my band. i'm working out with my sons everyother day and now i have to watch what i eat because my band gets full very quick. so not bad for one week but now i have 80 lbs to go.

well i new i needed a fill but i was think to myself that i could wait and not get one and work my band all by myself. I would get up in the morning eatting right but by lunch it would be out of control eatting. well i saw my doctor yesterday and i'm up 10lbs and it's all my own fault. I was fill up yesterday and today i'm back on the horse. My two year band day is on 4/24 and i hope to be back down the 10lbs plus some. so please if you know your band needs a fill good for it and don't be like me.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE ONE OF MY BAND FAMILY AND I HOPE AND PRAY THAT THE NEW YEAR BRING MORE WEIGHT LOSS TO US ALL

Went in to see my doctor last week and even with 9.5 in my band i could eat everything i want(most of the time). Well he check and all of it was in there(good no leaks) so we fill me up to 10.5 and man o man i can really  feel it. so maybe i will be down under 250 by christmas or the 1st of the year. so everybody please pray for me and i (as alway will keep my band family in my prays. also my mother is doing better and living with my sister. so GOD is good all the time. Have a good holiday and done eat all that sweets(hahaha

well i had a fill the first of sept. and it did good for about 3 weeks. i'm at 10.25cc in my band. I'm losing inchs not pounds right now but it's all good. stats as follows  265 down from 383, pants 42 down from 54, xl/17.5 shirt down from 4xl/20. not bad for 19 months. my goal is to be under 250 by turkey day. Also my mom is doing good she is home with my sister(that is a nurse RN) we take turn caring for her and she is starting to walk with a cane so GOD is really good all the time.

well here they are. i hope i don't make anyone cry hahaha. By the way my mother is doing better. She is still in rehab but moving alot better. she has along way to go but she's up to it.
